Description
Records and papers of Oden Bowie (1826-1894) of Fairview, Prince George's County, who served as Governor of Maryland, 1869-1872 and as a director and later president of the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad (incorporated 1853). Papers include minutes of the proceedings of the Governor, letters, resolutions, speeches and newspaper clippings.
