Description
Research files relating to the genealogies of Maryland families compiled by Louise Magruder. Card indices of marriage references from the records of the Prerogative Court, Provincial Court, Chancery Court, the Land Office, Archives of Maryland, court records of SM, CH, PG, AA, CV, Quaker records, the Maryland Gazette and extracts from Arts and Crafts in Philadelphia, Maryland and North Carolina Newspapers 1721-1785: Gleanings from Newspapers. Glass lantern photographic slides of scenes in Brazil in the early 20th century, one box of miscellaneous photographs and snapshots, mostly of Annapolis ca. 1890-1930. NOTE: series 1 material is unprocessed and is not easily accessible. Entries in series 1 reflect box list descriptions. Contact the Special Collections department to request access to material.
