Randolph to R.H. Bigger, Richmond, 20 October 1862, regarding Bigger's appointment as Brigade Quartermaster Major in C.S.A.; certificate from T.A. Hendricks stating that R.H. Bigger is a lawyer of good standing, Indianapolis, 17 April 1882.
