Diary, letters with transcripts, and photographs of the Murray Family of West River, including correspondence relating to Woodstock. Collection also contains An Epitomie of Most Experienced, Excellent and Profitable Screts appertaining to Physicke and Chirurgery. For all those Diseases that are predeominant and dangerous (curable by Art) in the Body of Man.... 1651.

In 2014, Alice Murray Randall published Lifelong Friends: The Letters of Harriet Woodward Murray and Catharine Nicholson Few, Correspondence from 1782-1840 (compiled and edited by Alice Murray Randall). The book, found in Series 8 of this collection, contains genealogical information, biographical summaries, introduction to the correspondence, and transcriptions of Harriet Woodward Murray's letters in Series 2 of this collection. It also includes transcriptions of Catharine Few's letters to Harriet Murray in the William Few Collection, University of Georgia, Hargrett Library.
