History
(Mt. Washington [i.e. Baltimore]: Edward L. Gernand) The Mt. Washington Advocate began publication in 1893[?] and ceased in 1902. It was published monthly. Title history based on December 1893 [new ser., v. 1, no. 2]. It was also published as the Mount Washington Advocate [May-November 1894]. The newspaper continues the Advocate (Baltimore: 1885) and was continued by the Mt. Washington Item (Baltimore: 1902).
