The Rights of Man began publication January 22, 1794 and ceased in 1800. It was published weekly. Title history based on February 5, 1794 [v. 1, no. 3]. Texts of Acts of the State of Maryland: Act for naturalization and an Act for the relief of certain foreigners are also printed in French and German.

Archives' collection includes issues for May 24, 1797 [MSA SC 1925-1-3] and June 7, 1797 [MSA SC 1925-1-20].
