The Voice of Labor began publication in 1938 and ceased July 30, 1942 [v. 4, no. 4]. It was published biweekly, [February 2, 1939]-1942; weekly, 1938-[January 19, 1939]. Title history based on December 1, 1938 [v. 2, no. 10]. It was also published as the Western Maryland Voice of Industrial Labor. The newspaper continues the Voice (Cumberland: 1937) and was continued by the CIO News (Cumberland: 1942).
