Description
Oral history, "District Court of Maryland: An Oral History." Includes recollections of the 12 original administrative judges of the District Court concerning difficulties they faced in bringing the court into existence in various parts of the state in early 1971. Also includes oral history from the Honorable Marvin Mandel, governor at the time the court was created, concerning passage of constitutional amendment creating the court.
