Jacobsen Medallion suspended on ribbon, brass plates with accompanying text, and signed portrait illustration of archivist/historian Phebe R. Jacobsen. Portrait is signed by the artist and dated 1991 The Jacobsen Medallion was presented to the principal speaker at the annual Phebe R. Jacobsen Conference on Maryland History.
