Research collection created in preparation for the report: "Administration of Governor William Donald Schaefer 1987-1995: Timelines of Major Departments, Offices and Programs" prepared by Vicki Lathom. Collection also includes copies of Governor Schaefer's speeches and a collection of publications, videotapes, and other records about the Governor's career from his days as Mayor of Baltimore City through to the end of his career in public service as Comptroller of Maryland.
