Photographs of Holly Beach Farm, S. W. Labrot, and the racehorses he owned during the 1930s, 40s, and 50s, including Tred Avon and Sir Greysteel.

3 Scrapbooks of news clippings from 1946-1949 from the Times-Herald, the Evening Capital, The News Post, The Baltimore Sun, and The Southern Maryland Times detailing the Naval Academy attempt to buy the Sandy Point region for an airfield and William H. Labrot's sale of his Holly Beach Farm Estate to the state of Maryland for a Sandy Point State Park to preserve land from the possible Naval Academy Airfield.

1 copy of the May 9th, 1953 Evening Capital detailing the Anne Arundel County fair to be held at the Old Labrot race track at Sandy Point State Park.
