Description
Approximately 5000 photographic prints depicting Maryland Bridges and surrounding areas, 1935-1970, produced by the division of Bridge Inspection and Remedial Engineering of the Maryland State Highway Administration. The photographs are categorized by geographical location of the bridge or by bridge job number, if available.
History
1997 transfer from the Maryland Historical Society. 5 clamshells containing photographic prints. Many have notations regarding the bridge or construction location and the associated job number on the reverse side.
