Microfilm only collection: Materials relating to the Goldsborough and Tilghman families, including indentures, deeds, certificates of survey, and other land records, probate records, and family correspondence. Collection also includes A Short History About the Board of Trustees of the Maryland Agricultural Society, n.d., receipes for ginger wine, a solution to revive gilt frames, cures for summer diseases, and a genealogy of the Tilghman Family from William the Conqueror to the birth of Tench Francis Tilghman in 1904.
History
The original Oates-Goldborough documents were on deposit at Maryland State Archives for microfilming and were returned to their owner in 1998.
