Subjects include: Maryland Sanitary Fair steel engravings (1864); group portrait of African American lawyers and ministers featuring Harry S. Cummings, Ashbie Hawkins, Harvey Johnson and Warner T. McQuinn and others, c. 1900, image of African American children seated along the Frederick Road, 1901, from the Clara Lips Photo Album Collection.
History
MSA SC 5279 serves as the principle collection for all copies of graphics acquired from the Maryland Historical Society by the Maryland State Archives for the purposes of exhibition or research.
