Description
Legal notes maintained by an attorney (R.J. Bouldin is listed frequently), pp. 147-492. Includes transcripts of equity cases filed in the Chancery Court, Baltimore City Superior Court, and Baltimore City Circuit Court. Interspersed are lists of cases reported in Harris & McHenry Reports of Appeals from Chancery, Index of Dorseys Laws, and notes on conveyance laws. Collection also includes two booklets: Maryland Quiz: 100 Illustrated Historical Events. One booklet is listed as an official publication of the state of Maryland; the other as published in the Baltimore News-Post and Sunday American and distributed by the National Brewing Company.
