Description
Contents of the Upham Family House, including 275 family photographs, black and white negatives, scrapbook, personal papers, and genaelogy information (1920-1960).
The Maryland Department of Natural Resources purchased land from the Upham Family in the 1980s to add a portion of land known since as Sweden Point Marina to Smallwood State Park (established 1958).
History
Donation from Dept. of Natural Resources, Maryland State Forest and Park Service by Mr. Ross Kimmel, State Park Historian.
