Description
Consists of handwritten and typed documents, newspapers, journals, books and photographs relating mainly to the Maryland Constitutional Convention of 1967-1968, but also to Peter Moser's professional career, Martin B. Kohn, Martin Lehmayer, and the Grammer case (1952-1955) under Judge Herman Moser.
History
Mr. Moser has been a member of the Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility for the American Bar Association. Previously, he served as chairman of the Maryland State Ethics Commission and the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland; as well as president of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Baltimore City. Elected to the Maryland Constitutional Convention in 1967, he chaired its committee on local government.
