Description
Photographic records relating to Department of Natural Resources (DNR) projects undertaken by the State Parks and the Engineering and Construction units. Construction projects at State Parks and other public lands throughout the state are featured.
History
Two boxes contain photographs, negatives, and transparencies by John Purgason, who worked at DNR for over 30 years. Mr. Purgason worked with construction projects in State Parks for many years, and then later worked with Engineering & Construction doing construction and maintenance projects and ADA and accessibility projects. The images show a wide range of projects over time, in various states of construction, and show the evolution of building projects on DNR lands statewide.
