| Ninety-eight boxes of administrative records, photographs, video tapes, scrapbooks, plaques, and ephemera relating to the Provident Hospital and its subsequent affiliations (Lutheran Hospital, Liberty Medical Center). Collection also includes fifteen framed items (hand-colored and b/w photographic portraits, documents), two unframed items (b/w photographic portrait, copy of architectural rendering), three exhibition panels, and three contemporary-style (1970) stained glass windows from the hospital meditation room. The bulk of material dates from 1950 forward.
