Contains abstracts from Frederick County Circuit Court Equity Records MSA C785 (formerly MSA T2936), 1815-1851. Partial abstracts for other Frederick County Equity volumes in MSA C2477 are included. From Carroll County, transcripts and abstracts are available for Chancery records, 1837-1850; Land Record volume for 1837-1838; and a Carroll County Death Book, 1865-1901. For Washington County, transcripts and abstracts are available for Chancery index 1782-1851; Equity abstract 1822-1896; and Marriage Licenses 1861-1864.
