Description
Family scrapbook and 8 loose documents assembled by Dorothy Robbins Keeney of Annapolis, Maryland. Includes: report cards and school activities of Dorothy's two children at Annapolis Elementary Schools; personal cards and correspondence; articles and photographs relating to Donald Oliver Keeney's piano retail business and the Keeney's Piano and Organ Center on West Street in Annapolis; and community events in Anne Arundel County. The scrapbook also contains a series of articles pertaining the 1946 court martial case at the U.S. Naval Academy of Lt. William R. Sima, Jr. for charges of gambling and drinking Walter W. Rollins, chief steward. Donald O. Keeney was called as a witness in the case.
