Mr. Hodge studied history at Emory University (BA, 1971) and began his career as a Public Safety Planner with the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (1971-1974). From 1974 to 1980, he served as Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments in Ohio. Mr. Hodge relocated to Maryland in 1980 to become Executive Director of the Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland. In 1999, he founded Regional Policy Advisors and has served his constituents in public policy in a number of official capacities.
