Includes a photocopy of one page from an indenture of Lord Cecil Calvert to Sir Edmund Plowden on 4 May 1649, relating to the boundary between Maryland and New Albian.

Original manuscript pamphlet book, "Mem_d'm Book -- 1807." with a sketch, possibly of a plat on front cover, and the phrase "Land Courses" written on the back cover. Book contains land survey notes of Dela Brooke Manor taken by Joseph Dunbar, surveyor, on 25-29 August 1807, for Zachariah Forrest.
