G. M. Hopkins, Atlas of Baltimore and Environs, Volume 1 (Philadelphia, 1876). This volume belonged to the Office of Planning in Maryland Transit Administration division of the Maryland Department of Transportation, and had been also held by the Cartographic Office within MTA.
