Inventory for MSA SC 6355-1

Box that housed Attorney General records from 1933 in Maryland State Archives. The box contained the unaccessioned records of George Armwood's lynching in Princess Anne, 1933 that have been used in the 2022 Maryland Lynching Truth and Reconciliation Commission's research undertaken in the state records. It was significant for the research that someone from the Attorney General's office who transferred the files to the archives noted specificially that the container housed Armwood's case records.
