Description
Family genealogy: "The Harley Family and other Relating Families." Family names include: Butler, Carter, Collins, Gray, Harley, Linkins, Neal, Newman, Penny, Proctor, Queen, Riley, Savoy, Swann, Thompson, Watson, Windsor, and Wiseman.

The extended family, whose roots stem mostly from Charles and Prince George's Counties, included several successful farmers. Some mulatto members are also noted. The collection includes printed digital images and photographs of individuals and family scenes.

Notable to this collection, and unique from other such family history collections, is an album (one-hundred pages) featuring digital images and family history information relating to the Harley Family and other relating families. A CD with JPEGS files of the images is also included.

NOTE: Copies of images may be made for personal use only. NO PUBLICATION OF ANY IMAGE WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION FROM THE DONOR, MR. CARLOS HARLEY. Contact the Special Collections Department for more information.
