A commemorative certificate for "the flight of the bicentennial flag number 259, which was flown aboard an SR-71 advanced reconnaissance aircraft" by a crew from the 9th Strategic Reconnaissance WIng (SAC), Beale Air Force Base, California. Names listed include: Robert W. Crowder, John Morgan, Robert D. O'Clock, and Grover W. Young. Includes a color print of the Lockheed-USAF SR-71 Advanced Reconnaissance Aircraft.
