An envelope addressed to "His Excellency, Governor of Maryland, Annapolis, Md." containing documents relating to Maryland and Governor Albert C. Ritchie removed from a time capsule at Cushing Academy, Ashburnham, Massachusetts.
Items from the envelope are:
- A digital fascimile of a document establishing George F. Hoffman, Philadelphia, as an Ashburham Foundation Trustee and declaring a celebration of "Philadelphia Day" on June 14, 1923 in Ashburnham, Mass. to celebrate the birthday of Louis H. Eisenlohr. Signatories on the original document included U.S. Presidents Warren Harding and Calvin Coolidge, several governors, mayors and other luminaries. Contains George F. Hoffman's memoir of his friend Louis H. Eisenlohr
- Invitation from George F. Hoffman to Governor of Maryland Albert C. Ritchie to attend the Philadelphia Day celebration in Ashburham, Massachusetts, June 14, 1924. Card signed by Governor Ritchie and his secretary, Kenneth M. Burns.
- Typed, autographed letter from Governor Albert C. Ritchie to George F. Hoffman, Philadelphia, September 7, 1924, regarding the signed invitation to the celebration for Louis H. Eisenlohr.

An envelope from Hoffman-Corr Mfg. Co., 312 Market Street, Philadelphia, addressed to "Honorable Governor, Annapolis, Maryland." containing documents a letter sent from George F. Hoffman to the Governor of Maryland removed from a time capsule at Cushing Academy, Ashburnham, Massachusetts.

- Printed, autographed letter from George F. Hoffman, Philadelphia, November 10, 1915, addressed to "My Dear Governor" [the future Governor of Maryland in 2015, Governor Larry Hogan] explaining the planting of the time capsule in Ashburham, Massachusetts and describing life in 1915.
