1. Large round lucite plaque presented to Wm Donald Schaefer "in appreciation...for his assistance in the conversion of the United States Public Health Service Hospital to the Wyman Park Health Service." Letter attached to reverse. April 19, 1982
2. Plaque presented to Wm Donald Schaefer (picture of recipient attached) "in recognition of your exemplary sense of social responsibilty and outstanding service to the community" by the Save-a-Heart Foundation. June 22, 1981
