Wooden plaque with a mounted light bulb which was the last incandescent streetlight, on a engraved plate, given to William Donald Schaefer by the Bureau of Utility Operations, Department of Public Works to commemorate 61 years of incandescent lightbulbs in Baltimore, removed December 6, 1972.
