2. Unframed Certificate presented to Gov. Schaefer "in appreciation "for his service to our city and state, particularly for the special time which he has devoted to the students of our school over the past eighteen years" by the Bais Yaakov School for Girls, Owings Mills, Maryland. May 10, 1991
3.
