1. Unframed certificate, proclaiming "Aberdeen is right on the MARC" and naming the Commuter Rail Line the Susquehanna Flyer, signed by Mayor George J. Englesson, April 30, 1991.
2. Unframed certificate, saluting William Donald Schaefer "whose activities have contributed to the advancement of the dental profession and its public appreciation," from the American College of Dentists, the Maryland Section, September 15, 1989.
3. Unframed certificate, presented to William Donald Schaefer as an Award of Appreciation "for outstanding devotion and accomplishments performed in the fight to conquer Arthritis," given by the Arthritis Foundation, Bruce E. Alexander, Chapter Official, August 31, 1989.
