1. Framed color advertisement for the One Million Marylanders for the Bay Campaign, sponsored by C&P Telephone and the Governor's Office, with a picture of William Donald Schaefer standing in front of the bay.
2. Framed citation given to William Donald Schaefer with a certificate of merit for his support in the fight against cancer, presented by the American Cancer Society.
3. Framed copies of an agreement between the State of Maryland and the Walloon Region of the Kingdom of Belgium to promote a better understanding and cooperation between their peoples, copies in English and French, signed by William Donald Schaefer, Governor, and Bernard Anselne, Minister-President, Walloon Region, June 16, 1989.
