1. Unframed Resolution no. 2874 from the Baltimore City Council to congratulate William Donald Schaefer on his 72nd birthday and recognize his leadership, inspiration, and contributions to the citizens of Maryland, signed by Mary Pat Clarke, President, November 2, 1993.
2. Unframed Resolution no. 609 from the Baltimore City Council to congratulate William Donald Schaefer on his birthday, signed by Walter S. Orlinsky, Novermber 2, 1981.
3. Unframed certificate of appreciation to the Honorable William Donald Schaefer in recognition of his efforts and accomplishments made on behalf of senior citizens participating in "Eating Together in Baltimore," signed by John D. Dehoff, Commissioner of Health, Baltimore City, October 15, 1976.
