Joshua Hutchins was the guardian of the children of Edmund Stansbury and Belinda Slade Talbott, first wife of Thomas Talbott, Sr. Joshua Hutchins wife, Belinda Talbott was the daughter of Thomas Talbott, Jr. and Elizabeth Rutledge. The Stansbury children were the children of her grandmother. Some of the materials refer to the Stansbury property on Stansbury Mill Road.

Materials relating to Jarrett Hutchins of Linden Hutchins of Linden Hope Farm on Hess Road. Hutchins began building the red brick house shortly after his marriage to Mary Harman in 1826. The farm was later named Tally-Ho-Farm.
