Baltimore during the War of 1812: e-publications and research goals
1) mapping the population: from the Embargo through the Battle of Baltimore
a) phase one: 1813-1815
requires integrating the base maps (Poppleton, 1822 and Lucas?)into a spacial analysis of where people lived, worked, focusing on ownership, renting, occupations, and race, permitting on going (dynamic) biographical and land use analysis. The details of workflow, research, and analysis will be managed through googledocs/drive and the associated zotero account(s).

Prepare watermarked e-publications of the 1814-1815 city directory (msa_sc5923_1_1) and the tax lists of BC beginning with the 1813 comprehensive tax list on bca_195. The directory was scanned under msa_sc5458_82-159 and the tax list security microfilm was scanned under two separate work orders, msa_sc5458_45_543 and msa_sc5458_45_693. All processing/production work done on ecpcpu06 and associated work drives. [note: where the working files are to be stored beyond ecp's personal archives and the work done on ECP's workstations at BCA has yet to be determined; ecp and bca work files are backed up on local storage devices]. Final product and archival copies/storage off of the domain mdhistory.net (server: ecpdata)under the respective e-publication directories which are msa_sc5923 and bca_brg4.
