Description
Carmelite Rule (marbleized paperboard cover). Distinctive copy because its middle section was penned by Steven Robinson, 4th Confessor of the Monastery, who was there until 1750's.

Description
Ceremonial (leatherbound). "This ceremonial is in our chest of 3 keys: faithfully copied out of the original at Antwerp by the most Reverend Mother Mary Margaret of the Angels; once prioress at Antwerp she died in the peace of our Lord 1678, the 21 of June…". Inserted sheet on reasons for abandoning the suppers of some great feasts. Also, edged in pages "Instructions for manifestation" and titles and numbers of ye points of our ceremonial.

"Observances" from Ann of Ascension (plain brown paper cover with "Old Book from Antwerp, Venerable but not Ceremonial" pasted on front). Book with the following title "These following points concerning observance, or what I have heard from our Rd dear Mother Anne of the Ascension of happie memory who was 26 years prioress in our Convent of English Carmelits of Antwerp, and dyed there in the year 1644 and after her death from others who lived with her Rd."

Description
Ceremonial of the Vestry (original paperboard cover and detached skin or reused parchment cover). Inserted at the end of the volume is a little booklet, sewn together, which is entitled, "Of All the Offices in General." Also a little slip of paper in Mo Mary Baptist's hand regarding tucks.
