Description
Program from testimonial dinner at Carvel Hall given in honor of Frank S. Revell (1861-1943). Revell, an Anne Arundel County civil servant, was appointed as the United States Immigration Commissioner for Maryland in 1933 and served until the position was eliminated (1937?). Program contains photogravure image of Revell with his original signature underneath.
