Contains original statement of intent to form a college on the western shore of Maryland. Includes a Newspaper Article from the 'Pennsylvania Packet, and Daily Advertiser' (front page third column from the left near the bottom) stating that the subscribers have been appointed by the board to start building. This is an oversized box.
