Description
This collection is comprised of photos, playbills, cds, letters and other notes of the actress Alice Ghostley, 1926-2007. There are some childhood photos, but most are from her stage roles, with a few candids of outings with other actors included. There are various playbills and cds of her songs and radio spots. Also included is the letter she received in 1965 announcing that she was a nominee for a Tony Award.

Ghostley was a tv, stage and film actress, with some of her most notable roles being: Esmeralda, Bewitched; Cousin Alice, Mayberry R.F.D.; Bernice Clifton, Designing Women.
