Contract between Oakley Haddaway and Catherine Goldsborough, in which Goldsborough hired out an enslaved man named Jim for one year.

Description
One side is a contract between Mr. Shoemaker[?] and Jerome Doonis[?] negotiating the hiring out of Mr. Shoemaker's slave Ned Burch for 10 months. The other side is a request for payment of 10 dollars and 62.5 cents to be paid by William Dodson to Catherine Goldsborough "according to promise"; paper was written by Hammond Shoemaker.
