Report of the Valuation Commission to the City Solicitor of Baltimore concerning the Value of Land and Improvements Required by the City for Enlargement of the Water Supply, Volume 1, typescript, in ring binder. [Note: Volume 2 is missing]

Photographic prints, blueprints, and valuation reports by commission included. Surveys in volume 1 encompass the land of John Ridgely of Hampton and his relatives.
