Document, Land indenture created on March 29, 1773 between Thomas Jennings of Anne Arundel County, Edward Dorsey of Anne Arundel County, and Davidson and Ruth Stevens regarding a parcel of land owned by Edward Dorsey. Original agreement recorded in Liber D D, No. 5, 456, 457, and 458. Clerk received document for the Provincial Court on April 20, 1773.

The testimony for the Provincial Court was taken and witnessed by Daniel of St. Thomas Jenifer, who was a member of the Upper House in the General Assembly at the time. (For more on Daniel of St. Thomas Jenifer, see his biography.)
