Description
Six bricks salvaged from Tilghman House at Wye Plantation in Queen Anne's County. The house, sometimes called "Old Wye" or Wye House, was built for Edward Tilghman in 1747.

In Edward Tilghman's will of October 31, 1785, he left the property to his daughter Anna Maria Tilghman Chew, wife of Bennett Chew. Juliana Carroll Tilghman Paca and her husband, John Philemon Paca, inherited the property from Anna Maria Chew in 1811.
