Campaign poster, printed cardboard, for Anne Arundel County Council for 1964 campaign, "Vote. . . The Charter Ticket!" bipartisan ticket with Joe Alton running for County Executive. The entire Charter Ticket team was elected in this Special Election held on January 25, 1965.
