Description
Plat, Lot 40 - My Lady's Manor (known as Poleson's Lot), 10 Nov. 1784, for Nicholas Hutchins Sr. Suceedings owners: Nichlas Hutchins, Jr.; Joshua Hutchins; Nicholas, son of Joshua; Joshua Hutchins Cockey Sr., grandson of Joshua (east side of Old York Rd); Joshua Hutchins Cockey, Jr (west side of road). Two sons of Joshua Sr., Hambleton and Herman, sold this lot as part of the Harmony Hill property to William Sellhorst, now in 1980 owned by George Constable. The part of lot40 on the west side of the road sold in 1972 to St. James Church and George Constable.

Lot # 33, surveyed 10, Nov. 1784, owned by Eliz. S. Miles, Thomas Talbott, Joshua Hutchins and as above to the cockeys, now to George Constable.
