Photographic print, black and white, Aerial view of Downtown Baltimore of Charles Center (foreground) and Innter Harbor showing the new Harbor Place development. Taken by Marion Warren from a helicopter, date likely 1980-1981. All of the major buildings are annotated on the print, many include the date that the building was completed.
