Description
Congresswoman Helen Bentley's tribute to the Bicentennial of the Constitution. Collection includes U.S. flag flown over the U.S. Capitol on 28 April 1988; plaque honoring those who planned Maryland's celebration of the bicentennial of the Constitution; and remarks honoring those who planned the celebration; photograph, Maryland Senators and Representatives and Edward C. Papenfuse and Gregory Stiverson.
