Periodical, Maryland Constitution of 1864 (Johns Hopkins University Studies Series 19; nos. 8-9), by William Starr Myers, Ph.D., Johns Hopkins Press, Baltimore, MD, 1901.
The copy includes marginal inscriptions in pencil of a previous owne, Colonel (Ret) Michael Geraghty, who was writing a history of Maryland's role in the Civil War. Includes loose pages from Maryland Historical Magazine with article "The Opinion of Maryland on the Emancipation Proclamation: Bernal to Russell, Sept. 23, 1862," by Charles L. Wagandt.
