File contains only statements and receipts. Companies and individuals doing business with Rozelle include Burbage, Powell, & Co.; Charles H. Holland, Standard Oil Company, B. Taylor Banking Company; Wm. R. Purnell Company; J.M. Bratten, Dr.; J. Cropper, Dr.; Theo. L.H. Wimbrough; .J.D. Ayres & Bro.; The Adkins Company, Dr.; Anthony H. Purnell successor to Purnell Auto Supply House; Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York; Mark O. Davis, D.D.S.; Strawbridge & Clothier; Berlin Hardware Company, Dr.; Miss M. Ruth Mullin; and Berlin Steam Vulcanizing Company, Dr. The receipts for J.D. Ayres & Bro. include an itemized accounting of both credits and debits. There are two receipts from the American Railway Express: one for a package to Mrs. Jamison Handy in Evanston, Illinois and the other to Louis B. Phelps in Hermosia Beach, California. There is one receipt for a $2.00 subscription to run from January 1, 1919 to January 1, 1921. The receipt has a printed signature for “The People” and handwritten initials of C.C.H.
